Our default shipping method is using India Post’s Speed Post and we will ship to all pin codes within India supported by India Post from time to time. While Speed Post is the default shipping method, we can use other private couriers from time to time.

Free Shipping is offered by default within India when using Speed Post. If a customers seeks delivery only by Private couriers, it would be chargeable on a case to case basis based on location. Kindly get in touch with us for such requests before placing your order.

Kindly note that Speed Post attempts only 1 delivery at the delivery location. In case the door is locked or in case of no response to the delivery person, the delivery person would leave a note along with consignment details, post office details and timeline within which the customer has to collect the shipment from the mentioned Post Office. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipment is collected within the stipulated time. We are not responsible for returns due to non-availability of the customer. Additional pre-paid postage charges at actuals would be levied for returned shipments.

We will ship the products within 3 to 4 working days post receiving a confirmed pre-paid order, unless specifically mentioned for Pre-Orders, which will be shipped only after availability of the product.

Standard Delivery Timelines by Speed Post – Varying from 1 to 7 working days all over India. We are not responsible for any delays on the part of India Post.

Order Cancellation – You can cancel the before it is shipped. Once an order is marked as Shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
